Village at Dadeland Condominium Association Inc.

Village at Dadeland Condominium is going through the 40-year recertification from Miami -Dade County, buildings need to comply with code requirements.

The project consists of phases. Work includes Parking Lighting, Installation of Railings, Electrical Repairs, Paying Fines,  etc.


Phase I - (Villa A - Villa B ) - Completed

A Special Member Meeting was held at the association office Wednesday February 28,2018 to levy a special assessment in the amount of $1,601,438.00 in order to fund the work and related costs and expenses associated with the 40-year re-certification, as required by Miami-Dade County.

The special assessment was adopt having the majority of members votes in favor of the special assessment. 

Payments started in June 2018.

It needs to be paid in equal monthly installments over a period of thirty-six (36) months .

New washing and drying machines have been installed in every villa laundry room. Washing machines and dryers  now operate with a  smart card system they are no longer coin operated.


There is  VTM machine located outside the association office(Club House) where you can purchase a card $5 and you can reload the smart card.


Cash is not accepted either to recharge or to buy a new laundry room card ,you must use a debit or credit card .

Village at Dadeland has towing services, Monday through Sunday.

Warning to all residents, if you are illegally parked for one or more of the following reasons you are subject to being towed at your expense.


The community is Parking by Decal only, All visitors must be registered. Dadebooting monitors all parking spaces in the community. Any vehicle not registered will be booted. If the tag is expired, cars will be booted.


Towing and Booting Reasons Include 

-Improperly parked

-Expired tag 

-No Tag 

-Parked at a guest more than 48-hours 

-Unauthorized parking in a reserved parking area 

-Parked in a handicapped space without a handicapped tag

-Parked in fire lane

-Blocking entrance to building 

-Blocking access to trash receptacles
